Website Changes

Friday, March 09th 2012:
We released the newest version of our website containing the following fixes and changes.

• New: The search engines could not link properly to our City, Community and County pages within the "Sort By" tools resulting in the user being directed to a page with 10 listings but without our website's framework containing our logo and links. This has now been corrected so that each city, community and county has its own individual page as well as the pages displayed within the "Sort By" tool.
• Fixed an issue where by selecting the "View All Listings" or "View Katz Listings" link while in a "Sort By" category you would be taken to an unsorted page. These links now work as expected and keep you in the correct category.
• Fixed an issue where the photo gallery may not display correctly in Windows Aero mode.
• Fixed an issue where the Listing Search Form would not display correctly if the page view was zoomed in.
• Fixed an issue where the Mailing List Page would not display the most recent mailing.
• Fixed the broken Detail Page links on the mailing list.
• We again increased the size of the photo gallery.

Our intent is to help provide some internet exposure to the local small businesses and communities that may not have the ability to have otherwise.

New Listing Feeds

To better serve our clients; Along with our website upgrade, we were able to complete the programming required to feed our listings to both Trulia and Zillow for display on their websites. We now upload all Katz Realty listings daily for display on the following real estate web sites:
