I was born and raised in Davenport, WA. until I was 12. After that I lived in Spokane through college but remained close to the Davenport community. I have lived on Washington's west coast, in Florida and Minnesota, but came back to Davenport to raise my family. I have a wife and three girls who all have me wrapped around their fingers. I am a practicing musician, stained glass artist, motorcycle enthusiast and avid boater/RV'er. I followed my father's footsteps into real estate in 1997. In 2003 I became a Broker, we opened Katz Realty, Inc. and have enjoyed every minute of it. I thoroughly love my job and helping people. I have a wonderful team of agents working with me and have met many great people along the way. It is my philosophy that this business is not about making money, it's about helping people.

Bill Katz first moved to Davenport, WA in 1961 and has been a valued member of the community ever since. He has owned and operated his own full service automotive repair shop (20+ years), was a volunteer EMT for over 25+ years (one of the first to join), was a volunteer firemen for over 37 years serving as assistant fire chief for 25 years. His contributions to the community are countless and he continues that into the real estate field. He first entered into real estate in 1990 and has been active in Eastern Washington ever since. He is very knowledgeable, straight forward and knows how to get things done. Bill is known as the Realtor that goes "that extra mile".

Sharyn Hutsell was born and raised in Davenport, WA. She has worked in the local real estate market since the mid 1990's. She loves finding "just the right home or property" for her customers. Her background includes: Teaching school, working in the livestock auction business and enjoying her family's stock contractor rodeo world. She is great to work with and is eager to help you find what you're looking for.

Rick Sawyer was born in Davenport, WA and has lived the last 11 years in Ritzville, WA. He is married to his lovely wife of 13 years and together they have 4 daughters, the youngest of which is a senior in high school. Besides his wife and real estate, Ricks biggest passion is fishing. He is even a member of Tobler Marina's Pro Staff. When he sold his own Oderite franchise (which he ran successfully for 12 years) in 2004, he joined Katz Realty, Inc. and started his real estate career running. Since then he has not slowed down. Rick is very energetic, knowledgeable and motivated. He is a top producer in his area, is very good at what he does and has many happy clients.

Kevin Katz has been selling real estate since he joined his brother and his father at Katz Realty, Inc, in July of 2006. It is his goal to provide a level of service and expertise beyond what most offer, and to make sure his clients are looked after throughout the entire transaction process. Some of his hobbies include web design and hosting along with computer repair and programming. Kevin is an avid motorcycle enthusiast who rides any chance he gets. He loves to show property during the summer, especially if it's a long ways away and there are lots of curvy roads in between. "There is nothing like seeing the country from the seat of a motorcycle!" Whether you are buying or selling, Kevin is there to help you.

Ralph Nachtigal has been in construction since 1973 and his wife Alice has been involved in real estate since 1989. They have been married for 40 years and have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. They have done everything from subdivisions, built homes, remodeled houses, office buildings and apartments. They have experience in all aspects of buying and selling. They are very motivated and are anxious to help you with all your real estate needs.
