SITE INSTRUCTIONS

DOM (Days on Market) and CDOM (Cumulative Days on Market) Definitions
DOM is calculated from the listing date of the current listing. Time off market, including time when a sale is pending, is not included.
CDOM is the sum of all DOM that is uninterrupted by a sale or more than 90 days off-market. Time off market, including time when a sale is pending, is not included. NOTE: For new construction, DOM and CDOM may include market time prior to completion.

The small logos embedded in the top logo are clickable links that will open a new window to the following websites: The Northwest Multiple Listing Service, Realtor.org, HUD.gov, BBB.org, and The Davenport Chamber of Commerce.

Katz Realty Info Menu Bar These are all clickable links that will open a new page in the current window.

The header bar underneath the main logo and above the listings area will display the type of properties your are viewing and if you are looking at all Eastern Washington listings or Katz Realty listings only. It also displays how many listings are showing and how they are sorted. If you get lost, this is will tell you where you are.

Underlined links in each property info section are clickable and will open a new pop up information window or email in the case of the agent name link.
Colored links that are not underlined will produce an info box by just placing your mouse over the link - no clicking required!

Listings are displayed 10 at a time. After the 10th listing on the right, you will see numbered links to continue to another group of listings and/or the next page.

Property Type Menu (Main Menu) If Katz Realty has listings in the selected property type, only Katz Realty listings for that property type will be shown. If we do not have any current listings in the selected property type, then all eastern Washington listings of the NWMLS for that property type will be shown.
Sort Menu (Page Tools) These links will sort the currently displayed listings accordingly or provide links to sections of the currently viewed page.
Information Menu Useful Information for all.

If you get completely lost, at the bottom right area marked Site Tools you will see the link "Home" - this will take you back to the welcome page - www.katzrealtyinc.com
