Katz Realty is in need of brokers throughout all of eastern Washington. We are looking for honest, knowledgeable and reliable people, both seasoned professionals and those seeking to start a career in the real estate industry. For the latter, we will be there for you, to guide you through the process of acquiring your real estate license. Once you become licensed, we will provide you with the hands on training that you will need to become a successful real estate professional.
To become a member of the Katz Realty team will require dedication on your part. As with most professional careers, there is a substantial amount of training and cost involved at the onset, but both will give you the knowledge and tools required to become a successful and profitable real estate agent. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Successfully complete 90 hours of approved real estate education within 2 years before applying for the exam. This education must include:
- A 60-hour course in Real Estate Fundamentals.
- A 30-hour course in Real Estate Practices.
- Pass the brokers exam.
- Join the Northwest Multiple Listing Service
Training and Testing
Washington State Requirements
- 90 Hours Complete the courses in Real Estate Fundamentals & Real Estate Practices.
- 2 Hours Pass the state examination.

- 2 Hours New Agent Orientation Course
- 3 Hours Matrix Listing Input
- 3.5 Hours Essentials of Matrix
