Caitlyn Katz has grown up hearing & learning about Real Estate all of her life. With her father as owner/operator of Katz Realty, Inc. since 2003 & her grandfather working as a Broker since 1990, there were many days she "just didn't want to hear about it!" But now as an adult she is glad she has learned so much prior to starting her career. Although newly licensed, she know s what it takes to give her clients the guidance and care they deserve. Caitlyn is highly motivated and knowledgeable in both the selling and the buying process. Growing up in Davenport Caitlyn has become very familiar with eastern Washington and all the fun areas.

Alice Nachtigal has been involved in real estate working with her husband Ralph since 1989 and has worked with Katz Realty, Inc. since 2005. She has been married for 40 years and has 3 children and 5 grandchildren. She has first hand experience with everything from subdivisions, home construction, remodeling homes, office buildings and apartments. Alice has experience in all aspects and property types of buying and selling. She is very motivated and anxious to help you with all your real estate needs.

I graduated from Royal High School and then went on to attend Big Bend and Spokane Falls community colleges. My husband and I tied the knot in 2001, and we are proud parents of four wonderful children and one cherished granddaughter. Our kids represent the fifth generation of Zagelows raised here in Odessa, where we manage a small cattle herd just north of town. I earned my real estate license in 2018 and achieved my managing broker's license in 2024. I enjoy helping clients with listings, sales, and providing Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) for personal or legal purposes. I have a strong love for our rural Lincoln County community and serve a wide area. I am passionate about my work, cherish being part of my Katz team, and am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to their mission of integrity and assisting others.

Hunter Sanderlin, at the age of 19, is a young and ambitious broker. He graduated from Wilbur-Creston High School and has been a lifelong resident of Lincoln County. He has spent the last decade living in Lincoln, all the while watching the small community grow. Hunter is fascinated with aviation and even has his student pilot's certificate. He also enjoys outdoor activities like fishing and hunting, as well as engaging in meaningful conversations. Hunter is excited to delve into the real estate world and begin representing clients to the best of his ability.

Patrick Katz was born and raised in Davenport, WA. until he was 12. After that he lived in Spokane through college but remained close to the Davenport community. Patrick has lived on Washington’s west coast, in Florida and Minnesota, but came back to Davenport to raise his family. He has three girls who all have him wrapped around their fingers. He is a practicing musician, stained glass artist, motorcycle enthusiast and avid boater/RV’er. Patrick followed his father’s footsteps into real estate in 1997. In 2003 he became a Designated Broker and opened Katz Realty, Inc. Patrick thoroughly loves his job and helping people. He feels blessed to have such a wonderful team of Brokers working with him and has met so many great people along the way.

Jade Jahn was born and raised in Davenport, WA. He spent summers as a kid playing on the family farm and mowing lawns. He graduated from Davenport High school in 2005 and began working on a rock crusher shortly after. Hard work and long hours paid off and Jade now owns several properties in the area. Jade credits his parents for teaching him the value of hard work and honesty in life. In his spare time, Jade enjoys golf, spending time with family, playing with his dogs, and working around the house. He really enjoys the friendly and supportive atmosphere found at Katz Realty, Inc.

Rick Sawyer was born in Davenport, WA and has lived the last 25 years in Ritzville, WA. He is married to his lovely wife of 27 years and together they have 4 daughters. Besides his wife and real estate, Ricks biggest passion is fishing. He is a former member of Tobler Marina's pro staff and was sponsored in the walleye tournaments by them and if he has time he spends it chasing Walleye, Salmon and Steelhead around the Snake and Columbia rivers. When he sold his own Odorite franchise (which he ran successfully for 12 years) in 2004, he joined Katz Realty, Inc. and started his real estate career running. Rick received his managing broker's license in 2011. Rick is very energetic, knowledgeable and motivated. He is a top producer in his area, is very good at what he does and has many happy clients.

Michelle Melgren was raised in Othello and moved to the Odessa area in 2001. Michelle and her husband, John, own farm land and a trucking business in Othello along with several other businesses and rental properties in Odessa and Ritzville. They also have three energetic boys who enjoy helping with the businesses. Michelle loves this area and knows these communities well. As a business and property owner Michelle can put her knowledge to work to find just what you are looking for. Michelle’s approach to real estate is focused around getting to know her clients and taking care of them from beginning to end. She gets great satisfaction out of being able to put her energy into helping people find just the right place. After all, "There is no place like home".

Cassandra brings over 10 years of real estate experience to Katz. Her background in real estate includes dealing with all types of real estate including commercial property. With her industries nature, professional work ethics and belief in strong communication she has proven to stay deducted to serving her clients. Now a member of the Reardan community, Cassandra Becker was born and raised in Spokane WA. Cassandra and her husband, Jamie, wanted to raise their family in a small community. When the opportunity came to buy a home in need of extensive renovation in Reardan, they took it. She admires older homes and finds it fulfilling to see them transformed. In her spare time she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family and home improvement projects. She is looking forward to assisting you with your next property transaction.
